Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Log into your VOGRACE account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a printed copy of your return authorization inside the parcel.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
